 oncept,
design, layout, illustration and proof-reading for a 240-page
anthology of creative exchange from Indonesia and Australia,
independently published by Gang Festival, an artist-led
initiative fostering collaboration between Indonesian
and Australian community arts. The book featured essays,
stories, conversations and visual art from over forty
contributors, with each category grouped spatially in
an innovative contents page.
Cover illustrations were specially produced to depict
the complex social and creative networks at the core of
the festival and its debut publication. The book was printed
locally on recycled paper using non-toxic vegetable-based
inks.
